In depth

Verdict

A wide open handicap rounds of proceedings and again the draw is very important with high numbers sure to have an advantage. Wind Chime won well over this course last time out but that was over a longer trip and he is not sure to be suited by the return to this sprinting trip. Patavellian won well over seven furlongs at Chepstow last time out making all and the drop in trip should not inconvenience him. Tribal Prince won well at Redcar last time out when defeating Boob B Prize over seven furlongs and the return to this trip may catch him out as he stayed on well that day, Alafzar was sent off favourite that day but could be better suited by the return to this shorter trip. Manicani also has a chance on his best form but he has plenty of weight for what he has archived. Skylark could well be one to take a chance on he goes on the ground is well drawn and has won over the distance and is well in on his best form. Lockstock is also well drawn and has conditions in his favour and will make a bold bid to make all. Castaigne could also go well at a big price from a good draw.
