In depth

Verdict

Lodge Keeper looks set to get back on the winning trail despite top weight he was a good fourth behind Whittle Warrior who has won again since and he will be hard to beat from a good draw, Choir Master was in front of him last time out when third on that occasion but will find it hard to confirm superiority on these revised terms. Bluegrass Beau was a good second behind Naahy last time out and will relish the extra distance. Convent Girl was disappointing last time out over six furlongs but will be seen to better effect over this longer trip. Wavetree Boy is better over shorter. Titian Flame has won over this trip and has conditions in his favour so could go well at a big price.
