Verdict
Last year's Ayr Gold Cup hero OUR JONATHAN returned to action with a classified race victory at Haydock. He beat similar rated rivals to today on that occasion including Morache Music and, given he handles soft ground, Kevin Ryan's sprinter will take the beating on today's terms. Definightly went close in the Palace House at Newmarket last time with Eton Rifles behind and should be in the mix as should the three-year-old Artistic Jewel, who has scope for further progress, but Libranno could prove the biggest threat if back to his best. The remainder have plenty to find in this company.
