In depth

Verdict

Carlini won off a similar mark at Windsor in June and could go well under William Buick today. But HIGHLAND PASS began handicapping last year off a much higher mark and having placed at Lingfield last time, Andrew Balding’s filly may well be capable of scoring off her current rating. Lifeboat is another looking to exploit a tumble down the weights and is preferred to Aye Aye Skipper while Flying Sakhee won over 7f earlier and is proving best over that trip and The Lords Walk’s best form this year has been over 1m2f.
