    Verdict

A difficult "getting out" stakes but there is likely to be plenty of confidence behind the chance of Undeterred who makes the marathon journey from North Yorkshire down to Salisbury. An excellent third in the Steward Cup on his penultimate start, Undeterred missed the break last time and can be forgiven the poor run. If jumping off on terms Clare Roche's mount should be good enough. Good apprentice Dean Corby rides the consistent Sunley Sense who despite having been away from the winners enclosure for some time gets little respite from the handicapper but should be thereabouts again. Hill Magic went well at Chepstow recently and appears to be coming to hand, whilst a row of duck eggs doesn't disguise the fact that Peter Harris' Cashneem is close to hitting form and could prove the fly in the ointment.
