The market has got it right more often than it has got it wrong in the short history of this race so attention should be paid to the market. LUCY BROWN earns our vote whilst in-form pair Ishibee and Dualagi should go well. The selection fluffed her lines at the start over this trip last time but she's given another chance now that she's reunited with Ryan Moore. She had raced keenly over seven prior to that and appears to have the scope to score from this sort of mark if taking to sprinting. Ishibee and Dualagi were to the fore in a similar contest at Folkestone and merit respect as a result but the majority of the field were struggling for form going into the race and the form may not be the strongest. Green Velvet has claims on the best of her all-weather efforts whilst Polar Annie is extremely well handicapped following a disappointing run of form and that pair need a market check along with Bosamcliff. Wotasparkler has been given every chance by the handicapper despite some fair performances but the vote goes to Lucy Brown.
