A desperately tricky way to round off the card and GAZBOOLOU is speculatively forwarded as the main hope; War And Peace, Takitwo and It's A Mans World are others with solid claims, while Advertise may have a good deal more to offer than most and should be carefully monitored in the betting - even though Andrew Balding is keeping faith with another inexperienced rider. It's A Mans World holds respectable form figures and appeals as a likely contender for a place at least. Like a few of the others, he has struggled off his current mark in the past, though. Takito is a reliable sort for a race of this type and, having gone well in a ladies event here last time out, he is no forlorn hope. Similar comments apply to War And Peace, who has thrived since he joined his new yard and could easily find some just reward for his efforts if he runs to the best of his recent form. However, Gazboolou has been baning on the door of late and, as his rider knows his quirks, David Pinder's judgement to run his charge in this grade might just prove to be a canny reason to get involved in the lucky last.
