      Verdict

Duke Of Hazzard had a length-and-a-half to spare over Mums Tipple when third in the Criterion at Newmarket in June. He also placed in a couple of Group 2 races last year but has twice had a rear view of Oh This Is Us this season. The top weight also beat Sir Busker and Solid Stone at Ascot in the spring but the latter pair may reverse that form on better terms. MEGALLAN was runner-up to Hurricane Lane in the Dante before finishing down the field in the Prix Du Jockey Club. He won over this trip at Newcastle earlier and may have too much class for these.
