Verdict

It took George Baker 17 attempts to get off the mark and he's worth taking on with a penalty to carry for winning at Nottingham on Saturday. Recent Newcastle winner French Art looks to have claims though all four wins have been over a mile, while Lutine Charlie recorded both his wins over the same trip last year. You've Been Mowed produced a better effort last time and cannot be ruled out, but Crystallize looks too high in the weights now so a chance is taken on SECRET QUEEN. She did well to finish as close as she did at Warwick last time given a slow start and could well be up to winning off her current mark.
