Bold shows from New River or Spade in the first division would boost the claims of Tameen who finished in midfield in the same maiden whilst Chinook Wind didn't shape at all badly at the same track over six furlongs at the start of July. There's sure to be plenty of interest in Khawlah, Wilaya and Emperor's Princess given the good form of their respective yards whilst Nutshell is related to some classy performers and has the services of Jamie Spencer. The well related Caraboss and LAY TIME are from good families and may, conceivably, need more time but the nominal selection with little to go in is Andrew Balding's filly as the yard scored with a newcomer at Epsom on Monday and took this race with a debutante twelve months ago.
