LETHAL GLAZE is taken to defy top weight and see off Swiss Act and Dayia. The last named got going late when favourite at Musselburgh, and while never looking like winning, she ran her second solid race of the season. She can go well. Swiss Act won at Southwell in March and has run solidly since then, having a rare run on Turf when a close fourth at Ripon recently. That was a decent run and Mark Johnston would not be sending his runner on a long journey for no reason. Lethal Glaze won first time out last season and ran a fine race in defeat at Newmarket at the end of last season. In a race where there is no stand out, a chance is taken that Lethal Glaze can go well fresh again.
