FRANK ARTHUR turns out quickly after a narrow defeat behind Keats at Gowran on Friday and unless there's a newcomer of note he looks the one to beat. Moore Street Wise enters the latter category as he's a half-brother to Group 1 winner Skitter Scatter and a brother to a winning miler in the USA. His stable has been in excellent form so he has to be a threat along with Teed Up, a half-brother to no less than eight winners though likely to need further in time. Mostaqqer has a fine pedigree but finished almost last in a Curragh maiden in August.
