Canary Row is probably still in need of further kindness from the handicapper and winning hurdler Rock De Baune has far more to do here than when making a winning debut on the level in a Ballinrobe maiden. Perhaps Ideal Pal's winning spree was truncated when the gelding failed to sparkle at Galway by his being 26lb higher than when landing the first of three victories this summer at Cork in June. Grinn is unexposed and has claims of the bottom rung but COSMIC HORIZON has been threatening to find the winner's circle for a while now and this step-up in trip may just do the trick. Scorched Earth is fairly consistent and should get in the mix too
