Bective Cave is the only course winner in the line-up and though he's been running poorly he's dropped to a lowly mark and Paul Townend is an interesting booking. Iamastartoo has never won but went very close at Wexford on Friday and can run from the same mark. Major Fawcett has shown glimmers of ability and his rider's claim will help while Slainte And Thanks was only headed right on the line by Aunt Audrey at Clonmel. The four-year-old ASHQAR didn't last out 2m4f at Down Royal but had earlier been caught on the post by Glendaars Warrior over this track and trip and is progressing enough to take this.
