Verdict

Joseph O’Brien holds the key here with the two highest rated entries. SWAN BAY has contested Group races since landing a Galway maiden and will find this much more to his taste. Good Heavens landed a Galway maiden in October and wasn’t beaten far when elevated to Group 3 company there a week later. Smooth Tom has twice been narrowly beaten since returning from a break but Caroline Herschel has failed to build on an impressive opening victory at Killarney. Bringbackmemories was staying on over this trip at Cork last time and isn’t out of this..
