In depth

Verdict

Your Busy progressed nicely over hurdles and his close second to Sizing Australia at Thurles in October is comfortably the best chasing form on offer here. It will be a surprise if he isn't there at the business end but several of these were better hurdlers and at least one of them may prove his superior over fences. They include Baron De'L, who wasn't far behind Luska Lad in a Grade 3 at Punchestown in October, Gudnis Gracious Me, who won three times over timber last summer, and MAGNUM FORCE, who gets the vote as he is equally adept on the Flat and over hurdles and looks the type to do well over the bigger obstacles. Beckwith Star was making his chasing debut when a very good second to Politeo at Limerick and is another with a chance in an open contest.
