JERANDME has won a bumper and a maiden hurdle in two visits here and was only beaten a length by subsequent winner Royal Illusion when tackling 1m7f at Leopardstown. He's never run over a trip this short but his pedigree suggests he should have enough pace. Forest View, placed three times for Godolphin last summer, hasn't shown much in two handicaps for new connections while Smart Living was beaten a long way when third at Down Royal. Bruinneall has had enough chances but this should be his optimum trip though Convara looks to have a better chance after his victory over hurdles at Down Royal and he looks to have some scope.
