Alexandr Nevsky travelled well for a long way on debut when third to Madam Bovary, who runs in the mares maiden hurdle on this card earlier, at Sligo last month. He has to go on the short-list here while Morning Ireland found only Golden Ticket too good when favourite at Punchestown in May, though hasn't raced since. Khaleesi and Rock On Mary were both placed on their second start, while it will be interesting to see if there is any money for the nicely-bred Sands Cove on his first start. Paul Nolan's bumper entries are always worth a second look here, however, so we'll give a tentative vote to WAYWARD ARTICLE who, though only a cheap purchase, is by Definite Article and closely related to a couple of winning hurdlers so could have a future at a modest level.
