Verdict

Our Man Zebo has been in winning form over hurdles and looks a likely staying chaser on pedigree so Mick Hourigan looks to have found him a nice start over fences. However, VICS CANVAS is rated higher than him over hurdles and has the benefit of a run over fences where he would have finished much closer but for being impeded so gets the verdict. Wandering Aengus has been very consistent over timber and scored at Downpatrick last month so he's another who should do well over the bigger obstacles. Winning point-to-pointer and hurdler Please Talk has never done it over fences with just one placed effort in eleven starts to his credit. His stablemate Bose Ikard has some decent form to his credit but didn't run very well at Kilbeggan last time.
