held up in touch on inside, switched left 3f out, soon ridden, kept on inside final furlong
made all, increased tempo 3f out, hard ridden just over 1f out, all out
soon pressing winner, disputed lead 3f out, soon pushed along and slightly outpaced, ridden 2f out, kept on same pace final furlong
held up in touch, ridden and weakening when hung right over 2f out
There should be no lack of pace as all three recent winners made every yard on their latest starts. Gold Souk and Strawman landed maiden races at Epsom and Carlisle respectively but WORLD TITLE added to an earlier success in novice company when scoring over course and distance on his handicap debut. Archie Watson’s colt may prove good enough in a tight contest. This is tougher than the handicap Out Of Breath won at Musselburgh earlier and Lawaa has yet to threaten.
