A trappy handicap and few would begrudge Dubai Dynamo a fourth career success at the track. Ruth Carr's 10-year-old continues to race with remarkable zest and it is with a heavy heart that we oppose him with AHOY THERE (NAP). Tom Tate's charge made all to win a weaker race at the beginning of the month and on the face of it, a small rise in the weights should not be enough to prevent a follow-up. Thornaby Nash had been busy throughout May and June so a recent break could have freshened him up. Father Bertie successfully graduated from maidens into handicaps and Tim Easterby's gelding has gone well at the course previously. My Single Malt was given too much to do at Chester and is surely capable of better.
