      Verdict

      Billy Roberts won this a year ago, one of 10 career victories, though he wasn't in the best of form at the back-end of last year. He had Bit Of A Quirke a head behind last year when conceding 8lb and the latter, though a specialist at Beverley, ran well on his reappearance last month, is 3lb better off and has a fitness advantage. BOLLIN MARGARET was just behind at Beverley but didn't get the run of the race and can reverse that form and add to her six victories, including one here. Bushfire's sole victory was on heavy ground in 2021 while Cedar Rapids' only success came in a Leopardstown claimer.
