In the finale, Light Sentence is nominated ahead of Master Nimbus and Admiral Savannah. Light Sentence returned from a break to score at Musselburgh last time. He is probably fair value for his four-pounds rise and, given that he does not look the type to ever win by far, can go well today. Red Chairman needs a best effort of the last two years if he is to score, while Riguez Dancer has something to prove at present but is lightly raced and open to a bit of improvement. Master Nimbus won from today's mark last August and should be sharper after a recent spin, but Tiegs has it to prove on Turf and Mulaazem has disappointed so far this season. Treasure Isle stayed on well for an improved effort over seven furlongs in a maiden last time and could be interesting on his handicap debut although he takes a big step up in trip today. Finally, much as Admiral Savannah has failed to build on a fair Beverley run in two runs since, both of those efforts have come on soft going so the faster going - plus first-time blinkers - could help today, and Silent Beauty is another that is taking a big step up in trip after showing only modest form in three runs so a cursory look at the market might be in order. For the selection, though, we return to Light Sentence.
