    Verdict

With Scotmail Park exposed as a modest plater and Own Line showing little promise on his sole start here last month, this is set to boil down to a match between Desert Heat and the newcomer Swellmova. The latter should handle the conditions being by Sadler's Wells out of a useful winning mare from the family of French Group 1 heroine Septieme Ciel and a market move could prove highly significant. Marginal TEAMtalk preference is for Desert Heat who showed he handles a soft surface when a staying-on fourth on his belated debut last month and is entitled to improve for the experience while it's interesting that connections have persevered with the colt, now a four-year-old.
