Verdict

DUKE STREET has won four of his last five starts but steps up a couple of grades for this off an 8lb higher mark than at Chepstow 11 days ago. However, there's a chance that connections still haven't got to the bottom of him and he can give a couple of pounds to Sir Mark Prescott's Lingfield winner Amour de Nuit. Last year's winner carried 10st and Longshadow bids to defy a welter burden. He should confirm Musselburgh running with the disappointing Hidden Justice but might struggle to concede so much weight to the three-year-olds.
