Bicep went close here off this mark two runs ago but finished behind Golden Duke and Circoloco when favourite at Doncaster subsequently. Nigel Tinkler’s gelding has since scrambled home at Leicester and is only 2lb higher while Matty Too has dropped 2lb since finishing fourth at Hamilton. KENDRED FIRE found only one too good at Redcar last month and looks to be back on a decent mark so gets the nod.
