Verdict
Edward Bethell has made a terrific start to his training career and BRIARDALE has been something of a flagship, winning three times this season already. He’s gone up a further 9lb since making all for an easy victory here last month but should again beat third Delph Crescent and may take some pegging back again with the inside draw. Yorkshire Lady, another course winner, looks the pick of the two from her yard on jockey bookings while De Sousa partners Myristica again for his retainer. Big Boy Bobby gets cheekpieces having just come up short in a classified race at Nottingham but he was well beaten on his handicap debut before that.
