Grey Command was winning from 5lb out of the handicap at Beverley last week so a 6lb penalty is not much of an imposition. He should be thereabouts again, while Downtown Boy has gone up 5lb for his recent win at Hamilton but is unexposed over middle-distances and he's another to consider. Royal Bonsai, Hathaway and Rubi Dia have all been threatening to score with improved efforts of late, but FOSSGATE gets another chance. His winning run came to end at Mussellburgh when he ran as though something was amiss, but if back to his old self here reunited with winning partner Amy Ryan, he's still the one to beat.
