This could be a good opportunity for Silver Seeker to get his nose back in front, with Time To Regret and Cayman Breeze also likely to go well in a poor contest. Silver Seeker looked useful when making all to land a fast ground Newmarket maiden two years ago and even contested a Group 3 race at Goodwood after that. However, he has failed to live up to that sort of promise since and this is a long long drop from that sort of company. Nevertheless even a modicum of his ability should be good enough to get him in front over a trip and on ground he loves. Time To Regret could take advantage if the selection fails to show his ability. In the context of this race, the form of his fast ground Beverley second last time reads well and a repeat should be good enough to get him among the money again. Cayman Breeze has been showing some form on the polytrack of late and has also gone well on firm ground on turf in the past. He is not badly in with Time To Regret officially but on those ratings he has plenty still to find with the selection, and so we are tentatively going to stick with Silver Seeker in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum.
