PEACEFUL RULE is a confident selection in this maiden over Maqaam and Bogula. The selection finished in mid-division in a competitive Epsom maiden last time out and if he can build on that then he should prove hard to beat. The conditions will not be a problem and he can put his racecourse experience to good use. Maqaam certainly catches the eye on breeding and Mark Johnston's gelding could be more than capable of making a race of it on his debut. With very little form to go on here the market may well prove to very informative so Bogula and Silvertown Boy should also be noted for any market support. Gwyre was well beaten on her debut and more will be required if she is to win this. Peaceful Rule has the best form on show and looks the one to beat.
