The draw is against Rasaman so we will take a chance and side with Kevin Ryan's other runner LE TOREADOR to get the better of Pacific Pride. The selection is best drawn of the fancied runners today and it could prove decisive. He is a course and distance scorer who was far from disgraced last time and with trip and ground to suit he can go well. Rasaman won well last time at Thirsk but he does like to race prominently and he will need a smart break to be able to do that from stall one. Baybshambles went close last time and he has won over this course and distance in the past so from a good draw he looks the best of the others. Le Toreador looks the value call and gets the vote.
