The unexposed Buniann got off the mark in novice company at Newcastle dropped to 5f but this is appreciably tougher. Angel Force attempts to repeat last year’s victory off the same mark but has shown nothing this season so far. Bashiba has only been raised 2lb for scoring at Musselburgh but has not managed to win here in five previous visits. Northern Society couldn’t cope with a 6lb rise at the Scottish track earlier this month and has only been dropped a pound. Timetodock could be interesting as he missed the break last time at Southwell and didn’t enjoy the Fibresand but the vote goes to LYDIATE LADY. The going may well turn soft and that will suit Eric Alston’s filly, who ran well at Hamilton on Sunday.
