Gaelic Swan has improved with each race on this his handicap debut he will enjoy this major step up in trip and will be hard to beat if he stays. Oriental Empress could also go well he will like the ground and his promising apprentice takes off a handy seven pounds. Stonegrave is from a yard which is coming back to form and runs as if this trip will suit and could run well off his light weight. Whistling Dixie is also from a yard in top form has his ideal conditions and will not be far away despite top weight. Best Port is better over further but if there is a strong gallop from the start he will not be far away. Thunder Canyon is a course and distance winner who will like the ground and he was a good second behind Michaels Dream at Catterick last time out.
