The Johnstons’ yard has won two of the previous four renewals and VENETIAN looks the one to side with. The latter was beaten only a neck at Lingfield on last month’s debut and normal progress can see him off the mark. Taritino has plenty to find with the selection while Post Office Road ran poorly over today’s trip at Newcastle last time having placed over 6f before that. Ironopolis is preferred of the newcomers.
