Verdict

Prodigious Blue was beaten under a length when favourite over track and trip at the start of the month but the more progressive SO SMART makes greater appeal after narrow defeats at Salisbury and Haydock. Proclivity was just behind the selection on the latter occasion and they re-oppose on the same terms. Mick McHugh might be best of the rest but doesn’t look an easy ride.
