Verdict

TUXEDO JUNCTION (NAP) missed the break at Newbury last month and wasn’t given a hard time thereafter so it was encouraging to see him stay on strongly in the closing stages behind all-the-way winner Falling Shadow. Sea The Casper pinched a lead at Chepstow and managed to keep his rivals at bay in the closing stages. That was his debut so there should be more to come, though he does have a penalty to carry. Kalahari Prince has hinted at ability and looks the pick of the remainder.
