          Verdict

          Another wide open affair in which many have chances on there best form. However the draw may prove a part in proceedings with those drawn low to middle sure to have an advantage. Scramble could the one to be on he was a fair sixth last time out on the Aw and is sure to have come on for the run. However his best efforts have come on that surface but he may be worth chancing in what looks a poor race. Apache Point rates the main danger he was a good third behind William's Well last time out and is sure to strip fitter today so he should go well, he has also won at the course in the past. Peartree House won a claimer in good style last time out and if he reproduced that effort he would go well but consistency has never been his strong point. Tantric is another who is well in on his best form but his best efforts of late have come with more cut in the ground. Secret Conquest was fourth in a seller behind Effidium last time and is another that could go well off what looks a fair mark. Finmar won well last time out on this course but that was over a longer distance and the step down in trip that is not sure to suit. Of the remainder Spitfire Bob is from a yard in form and he is worth a cautionary look in the market.
