      Verdict

      Smart Mover returned a four-length winner over 7f at Leicester in October but is 10lb higher today. Picture Painter should be winning a handicap this year as he steps up in trip while Popsies Joy also makes her handicap debut and ran well in soft ground at York last season. Specialv won a lower grade contest at Southwell in January and Toboggan's Fire won on testing ground at Beverley last year but HUTTON is preferred. The latter was set a stiff task in Class 2 company at Wolverhampton last month having won at Southwell earlier and Richard Fahey's charge looks worth another chance in this grade.
