        Verdict

        BURNING TOPIC is difficult to get away from in this if a belated reappearance at Yarmouth has blown away the cobwebs. She was a shade keen that day but only beaten a neck by an odds-on favourite who will probably be rated around 80. None of the others have comparable form but Lady Dauphin may have run better than expected at Yarmouth in October, though has been absent from the track since. Grazeon Roy may be capable of picking up a low-grade handicap before the end of the campaign.
