Verdict

ORDER OF SERVICE (NAP) is difficult to get away from in this, given that he recovered from a tardy start to win a shade cosily in a better race at Newcastle two weeks ago - a hat-trick beckons for Jim Goldie's charge. Wetherby winner Slemy is preferred to stablemate Favourite Treat and looks the danger ahead of another hat-trick seeker, Rodrigo De Torres. Millkwood has dropped to a fair mark but needs to start showing a bit more while Le Laitier has been raised a couple of pounds since his close-up third at Newmarket. Course and distance winners Maureb and Sugar Lump may be best of the rest.
