It will be a surprise if Final Liberation doesn't step up on some modest efforts as a two-year-old now tackling a longer trip but the handicapper has taken no chances with Sir Mark Prescott's gelding on his reappearance. Ninth Parallel and Alemaratiya probably have a bit of scope, while there was plenty of confidence behind Love For Love at Carlisle last time and she'll be suited by the return to a longer distance. Southwell fourth Goodmanyourself is preferred to Pinotage, well beaten over 1m1f here last time after finishing second in a Ripon seller, but we'll take a chance on SCARBOROUGH LILY. She had excuses when well beaten at Lingfield last time having previously shown promise in maidens on the Polytrack. Ed Vaughan's filly can make amends today.
