In depth

Verdict

A very modest maiden in which the four-year-old Atyaab must have every chance. Alan Swinbank's daughter of Green Desert was placed three times in Ireland last year when with Dermot Weld but hasn't raced since failing to justify favouritism at Dundalk in October. American Lover's fourth at Beverley last month was her best effort so far, while Alensgrove would have decent claims if reproducing the form of her second at the same track, though has been beaten again on the Westwood since. LET'S FACE FACTS was slowly away at Catterick on her second start but ran on nicely in the closing stages - she may just be a bit more progressive than these so gets the vote.
