Much better must have been expected of Shaving, who started joint-favourite at Naas last month but could only finish mid-division. Glendaars Fortune ploughed through the heavy ground at Tattersalls Farm to win easily while ROXHILL ROISE was impressive at Dromahane last month. The latter is related to a winning bumper so could be good enough to make a successful debut under Rules though Slotty Dotty also made a winning start between the flags at Lisronagh. Instant Tendance reverts to a bumper after two runs over hurdles as does Milanaway though both look vulnerable.
