Verdict

The assessor has handed Sizing Codelco an 11lb rise for his victory at Aintree which is hardly surprising given he won with plenty in hand. He's certain to make a bold bid again though the extra could just hand the initiative to THE CRAFTY BUTCHER (NAP). Willie Mullins' charge keeps moving yards and though not winning so far for his new trainer he's been placed in strong company including the Paddy Power at Leopardstown. Katnap was just behind him at Wexford last month and has since boosted the form with a tremendous run in the Grade 3 Topham at Aintree. Marinero makes his handicap debut and is impossible to ignore on his second to Thistlecrack at Cheltenham in November. He's since failed at the highest level there and at Aintree but this represents a drop in class.
