In depth

Verdict

Dewcup has been here three times and won them all though he's never been beyond an extended 2m, a remark that also applies to recent Limerick winner Cask Mate. Western Run has no problems with the trip having scored over 2m7f at Killarney, with Friary Rock five lengths behind, to complete a double. TULLYBEG came up against the smart The Shunter when odds-on at Downpatrick but returned there earlier this month to score very easily over 2m6f. He looks a nice staying prospect and can go in again. Paul Townend has chosen Ruaille Buaille of Willie Mullins' pair though his mount disappointed at Galway
