      Verdict

      Several have a shout at the weights though haven’t looked like winning recently including Atletico, well beaten in a claimer at Windsor last week. Red Alert hasn’t won on the all-weather since 2017 while Aces looks no nearer winning despite sliding down the handicap. EXCELLENT GEORGE hasn’t been at his best on the Turf recently but the return to this surface will suit and he’ll be sharper for last month’s outing at Yarmouth.
