An easy bumper winner at Clonmel in February, De Name Escapes Me was travelling easily for most of the way on his hurdling debut over 2m4f here in June but couldn't quite keep up the momentum in the closing stages. Dropping back to the minimum will suit and he'll take some beating but TYCOON PRINCE may have his measure. Gordon Elliott's charge was unbeaten in three bumpers last season and could prove an exciting prospect over timber. Joshua Lane was a close third behind Silver Concorde in the Champion Bumper at Cheltenham last year but has been a big disappointment in two starts over hurdles, though he still has plenty of time on his side. St Stephens Green was well supported on his bumper debut here in April an, though unplaced, put the experience to good use at Kilbeggan in June.
