Supreme Vinnie won this last year but is 12lb higher, though did have a pipe-opener over hurdles at Punchestown last month. Dakota Moirette is now 0-11 over fences but he’s been placed five times and is unlikely to be far away again. Kildorrery can also figure as he’s been running well enough but Blast Of Koeman fell at the first in a Grade A handicap at the Punchestown Festival on his first run since winning over hurdles at December. THE WEST’S AWAKE goes well fresh and had just hit the front when falling at Killarney last August. He has his ground and Bryan Cooper in the saddle so a big run is anticipated. Jetz won a Grade 3 at Navan in March but hasn’t fired since.
