VANILLIER won the Grade 1 Albert Bartlett at Cheltenham in March and made a satisfactory debut over fences at Down Royal where he looked in need of the run. That should have brought him to concert pitch and he can gain his first chasing success. Dewcup was engaged in the opener here yesterday.
