LADYSINGSTHEBLUES made her debut here on New Year's Eve and bumped into a potentially smart performer in Redhotfillypeppers. She looked in need of the experience and with progress virtually guaranteed should go one better. Martello Park made a very encouraging start when runner-up at Naas, with Fintara behind, but didn't appear to appreciate the testing conditions at Fairyhouse next time. Miss Butterfly looks the type to do better now tackling more suitable conditions and Lingstown point-to-point winner Gracemount is well regarded.
